1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, purchasing, activating, or using DucyDrive AIO USB Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to operate on every storage device you connect.

2. License grant

Subject to these terms and the edition lawfully obtained, Michael Ducylowycz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use DucyDrive for personal or internal business purposes. The application is licensed, not sold. No source-code, trademark, resale, sublicensing, or ownership rights are transferred.

Google Play purchases and Direct-edition license files may enable different capabilities. You may not forge, alter, share, resell, bypass, or defeat purchase validation, license signatures, installation binding, or access controls.

3. Storage operations and user responsibility

Formatting, image writing, wiping, repair, recovery, partition changes, and capacity verification may permanently erase or alter data. You are responsible for selecting the correct device, maintaining independent backups, supplying stable power, and reviewing every confirmation. Disconnecting hardware or interrupting an operation may make a device unreadable.

Compatibility depends on the Android device, USB adapter, power delivery, storage controller, media condition, operating system, firmware, and target equipment. A displayed option is not a guarantee that every target system will support the result.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use DucyDrive to access devices without authorization, violate law, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, evade platform security, or interfere with services or devices. You may not reverse engineer or extract proprietary implementation details except where applicable law expressly prohibits that restriction.

5. Ownership and development disclosure

DucyDrive was conceived and directed by Michael Ducylowycz and reflects more than three years of research, workflow design, and technical planning. Original application code, proprietary engine work, product requirements, commercial direction, and release decisions are owned and controlled by Michael Ducylowycz, subject to applicable third-party licenses.

Published AI-generated material is limited to identified promotional imagery and social-media copy. AI-assisted development tools have also supported implementation and documentation under human direction and review. Third-party platforms, libraries, trademarks, and filesystem names remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Updates, availability, and support

Features, compatibility, pricing, and availability may change through updates. Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through the channels on the support page. Updates may be required for continued compatibility, security, or purchase validation.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Ducylowycz and MJD Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, device damage, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the application.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated for future releases. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to mducylowycz@outlook.com.
